How can you apply?

You can apply to work with me by filling out an application. Within 24 hours of your application being received, we will arrange a discovery call at a time to suit. We will discuss your goals and challenges you might be facing before a suitable programme is recommended.

how often do you need to train?

It is advised that 3-4 hours of exercise per week is required for best results. However recommendations will be made during consultation base on ability and experience.

what happens after you join?

After you join you will immediately start your client onboarding. This is where we will gather any information still needed to create your bespoke programme. You will then gain access to my coaching app and members area, which will help guide you throughout our time working together. Your programme and welcome video will be prepared for the following Monday.

what if you’re a beginner?

Whether you have been training for years, or you are completely new to exercise, a programme will be devised based on meeting you where you are right now. Being a beginner doesn't mean you can't start.

Do you have to train in a gym?

You do not need access to a gym. If your preference is to train at home, then this will be factored into your plan. You can get incredible fat loss results from training at home, but some strength equipment will be useful if your goal is to build muscle.
